- Coordinating building process with appointed contractors and Professionals and attending site meetings
- Driving timelines and budgets so that project achieve the required Goals.
- Coordinating final occupation of project and appointment of management agents and handover of project
- Identify potential property for development.
- Assessing property potential by compiling an interim demographic study and compiling interim cost reports.
- Coordinating Town planning procedures and expediting process were possible.
- Coordinating a design with material and products in order to achieve a green building design that is environmentally friendly.
- Approaching tenants, nationals and locals and concluding lease agreements Negotiating finance of project with relevant banking institutions
